Doesn't the gauge need fuel to operate?

That's pretty-much where I put mine, but the sensor is facing down a bit more.

Default I actually keep mine in the glovebox...

I haven't gotten around to a permanent mounting solution... Hell, I haven't even installed the thing on my Avant yet! I'd like to either put a mount up high by the center visor or integrate it into the steering column, like the remote V1, but with a red display.

I usually just throw it on the center console, against the ashtray or up on the gaugepod when I'm interested in looking the gauge info. I have the whole shebang: boost sensor and EGT sensor

Anyhow, when I'm logging I hook both ECUx and the Z to my tablet. Works great.

Good eye RMS slow leak...the drip gets blown aft during driving. Very minor.

You can't use existing - different electricals. I think Mike has it, though. I don't. ECUx suffices.
