2nd. If anything, i'd think the custom code could do it with less boost since fueling and timing
will be dialed in across the entirety of the maps rather than the whole curve just scaled to be close.

i would 100% agree there.......there are many ways to make power besides increasing boost
and i'm with the custom tune even if the peak hp didn't increase, area under the curve could have greatly.
