Exactly... Its faint, but noticable and I really have to listen to it...
Its almost like a fainter version of the mechanical whine you'd hear in a supercharged car. I actually think it was there before on my car, just much less pronounced.
Why would larger intercoolers make this sound louder though? Could it be some sort of mechanical resonance or is it just turbo sound being amplified?

My car has some new noises with the FMIC too....but I have...
my interior all stripped out so I'm sure that makes it worse!
Almost like a tiny turbine inside the glovebox area the spools with the gas pedal...was never there before.
