In case it matters, the sport seats are the same, except for the alcantara. Early MY sport packages didn't have the polished mirror housings. Suspension is the same sport and non-sport.
Even though the S4 had a handful of options, there really isn't much difference aside from the manual/auto transmission.

I almost wouldn't mind homelink but I love no sunroof! I heard no sunroofless cars sold on lot?
Had to be special ordered.
Mine has Bose and cold weather package (no premium here).

the 01.5 is considered the most "reliable"...
audi changed a few things with that years' model to solve a variety of issues (specific changes aren't coming to mind)...these have the badges that are currently on s4's.
