So a buddy of mine works for a "global marketing information firm" that specializes in autos. We were out on Saturday night and he mentioned he will have a B6 S4 within the next 30 days and that he will call me so I can go with him for a "test drive".

what's the Abt exhaust like? louder than ? softer than? price?

i used to have MTM.....so compared to that.....it is a little louder....not by much...but opens up at WOT....nice smooth sound....

it goes from rs4 downpipes to to a custom made pipe that adapts it to a miltek center section and then finally the abt muffler.....

total cost from adapter to the muffler is about $2000.00....muffler itself is almost $1k....

honestly...i think the finish on the MTM is superior...but the abt setup is 3" all the way through..

My buddy is very cool about these things. He usually brings all sorts of different loaner cars home for the weekend.

It's been a while since he had something I am interested in...I will let you know when he has the B6 S4.
