Bad exhaust modifications w/o cats, and new O2 angle block adapters.
Well I've been having exhaust issues GALORE! Mainly because of my cats melting and having to test pipe my Milltek downpipes. (I planned on doing this anyways)

Long story short, the test pipes we made were about an inch too long and they had shifted my exhaust towards the back of the car. This cause a lot of hitting and vibration issues that I couldn't stand, and it only got worse as the exhaust thermally expanded.
Additionally, the middle hanger before the first muffler (resonator) not only holds the exhaust, it bolts the rear diff to the frame of the car. These bolts were only hand tight, if that. I am most certain that this caused some major vibration issues on decel. It sounded like hitting in the tunnel. The hanger itself was also torn.
So we had shortened the pipes tonight, switched the link between the pipes to the sleeve type with a lot of RTV high temp silicone. (I used A LOT I know) I don't want these pipes to leak anymore.
I was also getting low efficiency codes for the test pipes, which I thought I would not get from the APR stage 2+ file, and this proves to me that they are too busy or retards. They must have flashed my ECU with stage 1. Or it might be inevitable with no cats that you will eventually get DTC's. I then used the new angle block type O2 adapters to void my cat DTC's. These are much better than the non fouler mod. I did not have the space for the two non-foulers and my O2 sensor. So by the picture, you can tell these make the O2 sensor parallel to the exhaust. Genius and they work great!
These non foulers are made by a cool smart dude, these work great and I have not had any codes. To get these email spaethschmidt@yahoo.com for them. I think they are like $36 a piece, but he gave me a deal for the two. Nice guy, nice adapter.
Enough talk. Check the pics, Milltek DP's, Milltek super dual exhaust, no cats, all straight pipe and Milltek mufflers.
The pipes here as they hung, yes I know the welds suck on some of them. They were half done by one brother who is not a good welder, and the rest done by another brother who is a better welder. Also, I just have to say that I drove around a couple times with these pipes wired up like this, straight pipes, nothing else. It was AWESOME, the sound was so loud but so sweet! Not to mention pretty damn responsive. Woo woo!

They clear just as well as an O2 sensor:

Here is the exhaust connected, I know there are copious amounts of RTV silicone, but I don't want a leak and don't want to do this again. It was quite a pain.

Yay, no cats:

I hope you enjoy, it sounds like a normal Milltek with cats, its not much louder, very slight increase in sound at idle, more noticeable sound difference at WOT, and it sounds great! I can't complain.
