Best place to have fenders rolled and wide body installed in NORTHEAST?

Actual ET used depends on rim width. For example, if he's running 9" wide rims...
... then he wouldn't need as thick of a spacer to achieve the same placement of the outer edge of the rim/tire with respect to the fender.
