Default thanks mike!

jeff caught my in all my glory...actually i was being goofy for the pic but i didn't realized i looked that goofy hahaha

i was actually trying to get at that damn ziptie up on top of the tranny holding the O2 wiring when he took the pic. we never did get it off but managed to get the wires stretched out far enough with a little slack to plug in the relocated O2 sensors. unfortunately the driver side connector that clips into the firewall is now ziptied to the other wiring since it no longer has enough slack to clip in (even after relocating the other ones).

you know what gauge that O2 wiring is? i'm probably gonna get back underneath the car soon and extend it so i can plug the connector back into that connector carrier

i'll ship my old DPs to you this week!

Default No problem Norm =)..that zip tie on top of the tranny is absolutely horrible.. i HATE IT.

for the O2 wiring, 18 gauge works well.

i can't believe how clean your cars are out there...i got Paul's set of dp's back and they looked brand new at ~60k miles or so.

how did you like doing the dp's with a lift? i've done about 25 downpipe jobs, ALL on my back with the car on jackstands.

Default i can't imagine doing this on stands

you are champion status...i'm sure you could do an install in like 2 hours if you had a lift since you must be pretty fast by now! i think the lift came in handiest when removing/installing the DPs since we could twist them in anywhich direction without worrying about clearance.

just wait for my DPs...they won't be as clean as paul's. i have a rainy day at a muddy sears point to thank for that....the clay mud is still baked onto the underside of my car

Default lol..thanks. i'd seriously like to try doing them on a lift one day. if not for

the ease, but at least for staying clean! lol.

no worries on the dp's. i clean 'em all up and paint them anyway.

thanks!
Mike
