Default Bigger brake kits coming from StopTech?

I have heard of a 380 mm 6 piston front with a 355 mm or 380 mm 4 piston rear. Any truth to these runmors? I know they do make the calipers and rotors in question. These are currently used in full-size SUV. I'm guess 19" wheels are required, minimally.

Thanks,

Joe

Default I believe the biggest kit for our car is going to be the ST-60's with 355mm rotors...

The B5 S4 platform, being out of production, is one of a select few if not the only car for Stoptech to go back and design a 6-piston. I believe the the 380mm rotors are for vehicles like the Hummer. Besides...you would need at least a 20" wheel for that size rotor and it have exponential diminishing returns for our cars. The 4-piston and 6-piston 322mm/355mm calipers and rotors do a great job already.

Default okay, I agree

but typically you only need 4" more rim over the rotor diameter (15" + 4" = 19")

Default We can help you with those :)

It's a special order item, they do need 19" wheels minimum.
