Thats because they don't want to be the next to die. They stand to gain from the chaos generated.
They'll have something in place by the time we find enough facts to bomb their *** into oblivion.
This is an act that deserves swift action in my opinion, but I realize the need to be cautious & prudent so as to not make the situation worse.

Martyr-dom is a concept promised by madmen to brainwashed followers.
There is a difference in martyr-dom for these people vs. martyr-dom by public figures.
When you take action as a central political figure and you die that is an individual choice. You become a true martyr.
