Body Shop costs...
I was just quoted $1900 to have a fender painted, hood painted and RS4 OEM bumper painted. That seems way high. Do you think that's an OK cost?

My car is in shop right now....
and I am having both fenders repainted, hood, bumper and new PPG glass, and an RS4 upper and lower grille done for that price. And the shop I am using is the best around. As a matter of fact I need to get a pic of it next to the Ferrari 575 in the bay next to it.

That's waaaay high unless it included installing the RS4 bumper too - even then, it's pretty high...
A bumper spray should be around $400, hood, a few hundred and fender a few hundred.
Now, depending on how much blending they need to do, it could be a bit different.
FWIW, you don't absolutely need things blended - really depends on the color of car.
I had my Santorin hood painted as well as sideskirts at a high quality body shop - no blending and it looks great.

what's the RS4 upper/lower grille work you're having done?
upper = painting the brushed metal surround to match car color?
lower = ?!?
lower = ?!?

Well, my quote was 17000 for:
Fender replaced, other fender blended, hood fixed and painted.
If your quoted included getting RS4 bumper fitted properly - I think it is reasonable.

OIC. i read your original post to mean you were getting RS4 bumper so mesh would've been
already included!
