Stock muffler...
So you will have wasted you money on the borla only to run the restrictive stocker?? That makes no sense.
And while I don't have experience with that setup, I predict mad drone.
keep what you have, get it properly aligned and enjoy.
I guess I don't understand what you are trying to accomplish... You have/had my setup right? It should be fine.
