How much were the Pads? I want some cause I hate brake dust....what about the stage 3, what is that

I have a UUC VM2 exhaust on order and MTM oem replacement springs coming. I was pretty much set on the MTM chip for the S4, whats stage 3? New turbos, intercoolers and what not?
