brake squeal at 25k miles, dealer going to machine rotors...safe?

Go to another dealer if he won't give you brand new rotors under warranty.
And tell him to kiss your *** about the "one time thing" statement. Drive your car as hard as you want to if you're stock - it's all supposed to be covered. Everything except tires. Bring it back once a month for new rotors if you feel like it.
