AWEsome! Just wait until you go to a track event, (more)
That's when you learn just how amazing these brake kits are. from someone (me) who's gone through 2 sets of stock brakes (thanks audi) in 10K before my Stoptechs, These things rock.
also if you don't already, get Pagid Orange from Strat. $253, but for the track they are even better! I have hawk HPS street and did those for one track event (which was good) but the pagid orange really come alive at temp.
Glad to hear you love em and enjoy!!!

between my 1996 a4 and my 2000 s4, audi has replaced my brakes about 10 times.
EVERY TIME I have gone to the track I warped the factory rotors. And I mean EVERY TIME. My S4 has had 4 brake replacements over two years. My A4 had about 6 brake replacements over 3 years. (wow i've cost audi a lot of money.)
But Audi owners unlike other car owners seem to have this problem so I don't feel too bad. I've heard of people using stock brakes over and over at the track and never warping so I guess it's audi's fault for using the setup they use.
I cool the brakes well, I don't drag em, I don't use ebrake. (i even took 1/2 hour drives to cool the brakes and even that didn't help.)
My pads are:
street=Ultimate Ultra High Performance
track=stoptech REDS.
can't wait to get on em.
I only drove the car quickly but the first thing I noticed was, with factory brakes the slightest touch of the pedal caused the car to JERK. Now i press the pedal and it brakes nice and even. more notes to come as the weather clears up.
