On the door frame
There's a badge there -- on the driver's door, on the A pillar, which you can see with the door open. The build date is there.
If you ordered it custom, the build date is typically 1 to 3 months before you received it.

It's like 3600ish
Not sure what gross vehicle weight means, exactly. That might be expected weight with 4 adults and stuff in the trunk.
The car doesn't weigh 4800 lbs... gross vehicle weight is something else.
