Default Can anyone confirm that the blue coolant sensor, has been rplaced by a new one.

I went to the dealer firday for some work, and while I was waiting I went to the parts dept. and asked if they had a the blue coolant temp sensor. They guy said that they just replaced those with a new one which is dark green. I said I would have to go get the exact part number I was looking for and come back to double check. Anyone know anything about this?

Default The old (black, I believe) coolant temp sensor was updated to a light green one.

I don't know anything about a blue sensor being updated to a dark green one.

Default Maybe you are talking to the blue low temp after run sensor?

The blue sensor turns the after run pump on sooner than the old green one.
