Can anyone suggest where to mount Sirius Stiletto dock
Given that line of sight is helpful to see what station and song is playing, I was thinking about mounting it right below right side of the instrument cluster above my right knee.

I got an early Sirius receiver that mounted on the dash with a huge suction cup ...
That was simply ridiculous. It flopped all over the dash & totally distracted me when it wasn't.
I toyed with mounting it on the passenger side of the dash - but two things stopped me from doing that. First - the BLUE screen was as bright as a small TV set, even on dim - and it totally sucked against the red gauges. The black fonts are impossible to read at a glance.
Second - I simply can't shift and surf these things at the same time. Tiny buttons, scroll left, scroll right. Forget it.
SO - I had them install it IN the glovebox with velcro. I set a station on my way to work & forget it.
If I actually have a chance to fetch my remote and hit a preset, I open the glovebox & hit presets until the POS recognizes a command.
I love Sirius - but without a factory, in dash install, I've been less than thrilled with the appliance.
