Default Not easily...

This is what Omori says to that question:

"For your information, the gauge's backlighting can only be change by return it to our manufacturer.
It's need to open and change a new "display board " in Red, Green or Orange color to get the said backlight effect.
This is because Omori gauge is used a "display board - with custom color " located at the bottom of the gauge's face.
Tthe back light are come from a normal "clear bulb" located at the back of the gauge side, which it is a through dial illumination technology and the light is passed through the "display board" with custom color to get the back light effect in Red, Blue, Green and Orange color."

FWIW...
