Second, the law that states that if you rear end somebody it was always your fault is rediculous. I wish somebody could have explained it better, but I was in the 2nd to right lane, traveling ~35-40 mph in traffic, the right lane which is a freeway exit, people are doing 10-15. One person from that lane gets in front of me, I have no time to stop, or even slow down and i plow into them. At least I have a witness to back me up incase problems arrise (another driver stopped and pulled over) Coolant leaked everywhere (luckly just a hose slipped off, raidiator is okay.)... Its over at B&amp;S Auto body in Nor Cal right now, hopefully in good hands. The damage to the other car was a scratch.. and some nice looking yellow paint.

Im so furious right now... BUT maybe a RS4 bumper and e-codes are in order to make me feel better.. maybe even a painted carbon fiber hood. Does anybody have a good source for that RS4 bumper that doesnt require any modifications to fit teh car, i cant remember what its called. maybe rs4 oil cooler if they find some damage too... I'm going back to bed, i cant face the day

in cali its if your hit from behind its the car that was behinds fault regardless...

actually california passed a no fault law because of those accident scandals that were happening.
