Default

More info needed but if nothing happens at all I'd make sure no fuses are blown.

Default Can you hear the starter make a whirring noise? A clicking noise? The starter solenoid...

takes the power from the battery (the alternator is on the same circuit), and the starter motor takes power directly from the solenoid. Need more info about the noise it makes when you turn the key.

Default Could be the ignition switch. Mine went bad and wouldn't crank.

There is an exciter wire on the starter motor... its a single white connector. Not sure if its reachable from underneath or not.

Default It is if you remove the alternator. I just went through this same issue a week ago....

You've got to pull the alternator, and then you can squeeze your hands up in there to play with the wiring, or just pull the starter, which is even easier than trying to screw with it while its tucked back in by the pass turbo.

Default That's why I asked exactly what the car is doing....if it's not making any noise at all....

clutch switch is definitely possible.
