something sounds like a machine gun going off. If I put the key in the ON position, I'm only seeing about 9 volts.
Is it just the battery?? I have never had problems even in colder days with this battery. What do you guys think? Thanks.

Sounds like a battery issue.
Im suprised your seeing this with a 925.
people with a 680 arent reporting problems.
Do you have any accesories, or devices using power when ign. is off?

Agree with the others...something probably drained the battery.
Can you put a charger on it to get it back up to snuff, and then monitor it to see if something is draining it while you're sleeping?

Get it running and see what happens -
I've had the same sound in other cars due to low voltage, it was actually the solenoid racking in and out.
Maybe a dumb question, but did you leave an interior light or something else on? I've done that a couple of times recently, overnight, but got away with it.
I'd first check the battery terminals, make sure they're clean and tight. Then get the car running by charging or just jump starting. Check the voltmeter to confirm that the charging system is working, and drive for a while. I'd give better than even odds that the battery will take a charge, and be okay.
