Default In case anyone cares... my Zaino Bros. experience (5 images 28K each)

I have to say I'm pretty impressed so far with how well Zaino Bros. has met expectation in terms of application and results (see images below). Considering there are a lot of steps to applying the various Z# products I was surprised how easy it was to apply them. Waxes are much more viscous than the Zaino polishes and are much more of a burden to apply and remove.

My day of neurosis began with my washing the car with Dawn (twice) to remove the wax that had been applied at the dealership.
[Post Wash 2]

I followed the dewaxing washes with another wash using Zaino car wash concentrate [Z7], which smells like bubble gum. I gently went over the entire car with the Zaino clay bar [Z18]. I have to say the term "clay" is a bit misleading. It's more of a putty and with the suds of the Z7 wash it glided over the paint quite easily. The "putty" picked up those little things on the paint that normally are quite difficult to remove... bug parts and other random flecks.

As per the directions I used 100% cotton made in USA towels to dry the car. I was really careful to not leave any water marks. This took more time combined than applying the next two steps.

Once I was satisfied with no water marks being present I appied the Polish Lok Pre-Cleaner & Paint Conditioner [Z1].

Followed by the polish for swirl marks & fine scratches [Z5] on top of the Z1. This is what I was focused on most as my Santorin was displaying swirl marks from the previous wax job applied at the dealership.

After letting the Z5 and Z1 dry for a few hours (enough time to watch Stanford lose to Maryland) I removed the polish with 100% cotton towels and got the following results...

Unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperating for these photos. When the sun comes out I'll try taking a few more photos.

Not photo'd was my application of the Gloss Enhancer [Z6] after the above photos were taken. Tomorrow I plan on applying the Polish for Clear Coat [Z2] as a supplimental layer to make an even deeper shine.

I never thought I'd do this much washing and polishing on a car, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again as the car looks fantastic. Better than any wax I've ever applied. Sadly the photos don't do justice to the true shine.

Then I pulled the car into the garage before it rained and just in time!

I'm sure it looks great, but I'd be bored after just the wing mirrors, if I had to do all that!

I also applied this stuff to my rims. Someone posted that this made it easy to rinse off brake dust.
