Default Catback exhaust dump on demand....anyone try this?

Default Seems far too expensive. Interesting idea though...

Having it boost controlled means that part-throttle driving would be quiet/muffled and only higher boost would open up the dumps.

Default well, its not cheap but less than a catback...

then again, i think you need to get it welded to your catback somwhere and run a line to teh actuator..
pretty cool i say and a viable alternative for those wanting stealth except under high boost (WOT like) conditions.

Default That is so weird you guys mentioned this.. My brother has made one of his own last week using an

old butterfly vavle a wastegate and random pipes! Works really well.

Default It bypasses the exhaust when you are under boost.

There are manual exhaust cutouts as well as electrically actuated ones. This is the first boost controlled one that I've seen, but that's not to say that no one else makes them.
