CD Changer dead (m)
Hi All,
I installed my CD Changer about 2 days ago. All seemed to work just fine. Then yesterday my Radio would not turn on. I parked the car and the Radio will now turn on but no CD Changer. I checked the DIN plug and it looks connected. I can't even eject the magazine. This is the OEM changer from Shokan.
Any ideas? Thanks, Darren.

Yah...more
it's a radio fart or a bad cd changer.
easiest first: unplug the DIN plug and fire up the radio for a minute or so. Turn the radio off and plug the DIN back in allowing the radio to find the changer again.
If option one does not work then you need to turn the radio off and pull the radio fuse for a couple of minutes. You will need your manual and your radio code to reset the radio when you put the fuse back in.
If this does not work I would find a good friend to try the changer in his/her S4 and see if the changer is bad.
Good luck.
