Cel Question
my car has the check engine light on for the secondary air pump, would getting a chip make the light not come on. i need to pass emissions but the check engine light keeps coming back.

Yea, you can clear it but you erase all of the history files of the code. Good chance your secondy air valve or solnoid is going bye bye and if you ignore it the exhaust could back up into the air pump and take it out. oh well it's only money - yours. Just a thought take it to a good Audi independent shop get it scanned and fixed - to nice of car to let it go.

i know but i heard every auto has that secondary air pump problem and its around $500 rather...
chip it for around same price and fix in a little while but thanks i know i got to fix it.
