Changed my nic to showcase our Thanksgiving feast . . . if you are of weak stomach don't read
Of course what would Thanksgiving be without a succulent home grown turkey deep fried. Note the Audi content in my stylish reversible Audi Sport vest.

We learned early on not to name the animals you eat. Here is the tasty half goat rolled into a roast. Like lamb but more tender and less greasy.

You can always tell the butcher in the family, the one with exceptional technique and the band aids all over his hands and arms . . .
