changing K03 with K04s Q's
I'm new to this Audi Forum, And not very mechanically with cars, I have stock 2001 S4, getting a Giac chip installed next week, Guy in my city is selling his K04 turbos of his S4,(working good), Thinking off buying them, but need more info, Can i just change my K03 with his K04 turbos? ,Will the car run like its supposed too or do i need to do more mods to my the K04s run properly ?What else do i need ?Thanks

you at least need inlet pipes. without fueling/programming, you're leaving performance on the table
but you can run with stock fueling and the GIAC chip. AKA Stage 3-

Most likely you aren't saving that much. There is a new set of k04's.....
in the classifieds for less than 1800.
Maybe you will be be lucky and will have no problems. But you drive a s4 so always be a pessimist.
