I have a APR chip with race/chipped and while driving back home in chipped mode, the boost dropped and would not go any higher than 5psi, drove for about 1 hour like this. I then stopped the car at a gas station and did a throttle adaptation and the car worked ok from then on. Anybody else have this problem because this is freaking me out, thought I blew a turbo or something.

Happened to me on my DSM, I thought for sure my turbo was broken...

Hookup the Vag and see if there are any DTCs present which could help diagnose what happened.

I have the same set up as you, and I had the same exact problem.I was beating my s4 in the snow and taching it out.The next day when I drove it, my boost gauge was only reading 7 pounds of boost.I checked all of my samco hoses and vacum lines thinking one may have come off.I also put it up on a lift to check the bottom of the turbos and plastic intercooler caps, thinking maybe one had cracked.When I put my stock non-chipped computer back in it only made 4 pounds of boost.So I thought that I ate a turbo.I didn't have any Check engine lights and when I put it on the vag no codes came up.This drove me crazy for about three weeks.Then one day I started it up and it went back to normal.I know now that the pass wastegate was stuck open.
