Unless the chip cuases a problem then they cannot hold a chip against you. I dont remember the name of the law, but there is a law that says this.

Default just make sure to erase all evidence and whether or not it's the problem won't be an issue : )
most audi service shops (like the Ft. Wayne Indiana one) won't put up w/ chips. Their real quick to blame any problem on a chip

That's easy.. You can put a OEM factory chip in and it won't void the warranty. That's the only one.

Default sue under MMWA and Audi pays your lawyer if you win
and if you lose...why would you pay your lawyer anyways?

Default Even if something does go wrong...
They have to prove it was your chip that caused the problem. So if you are worried about blowing your turbos and then having them replaced by Audi under warranty (something I worry about daily) you might want to make sure you have some options to cover your tracks. But if your door falls off, its under warranty, even with the chip
