Click/rattle from moonroof liner cover?
I was wondering if anyone had this problem / a solution. I get a clicking sound from the plastic pieces that are part of the venting on the moonroof interior cover. When I drive, I guess the piece flexes and makes a popping sound. Does anyone know of a solution for this -- I am going to the dealer on Friday for maintenance.

Not normal...
Make sure it's not something else. My dealer removed the headliner and found the sunroof cartridge was not fastened tight. They torqued down the fasteners and it's been quiet for over six months now.<p>John G

Had the same problem as you and here is what i did
to fix it.
First the source was plastic on plastic contact as the car flexed. I took some light oil, a flexible applicator (bendable tube), and using my fingers to exactly pin-point the culprit (jam your fingers between the liner and the moon roof - it's tight) I applied a small amount of oil to get rid of the noise. I was careful not too use too much. I didn't want the oil to drip through the fabric. Hope this works for you.
