Clunking or Clicking noise when turning the steering wheel past 90 degrees left.

2nd on the CV...
Check the boot, chances are it's torn and has been for some time.
If you are lucky, it may be enough to clean the joint, re-pack with grease and put a new boot.
I just had both front CVs rebuilt at a local driveline shop for less than the price of what I could find just a new joint kit for.
Of course, you'd have to remove the axles and take them to the shop but where I went they had all the parts in stock and did the job in about 4 hours.

Not neccessarily...
...I've seen plenty of times where you have a clicking noise go away by simply cleaning and repacking the joint. However, in terms of price and the amount of work involved, I would just have it rebuilt anyways.
