Any thoughts from the powers that be or any individuals who are running either clutch. The only thing is that I will be running either clutch on a resurfaced OEM flywheel. TIA!

Get Staley's Stage III kevlar clutch...
...easily enough clamping force for any "normal" K04 kit (although those going for 500hp could probably wear it out). I love mine so far with my K04's. I should see 50,000+ miles out of this kevlar clutch, which is good enough for me, and better than any ceramic is going to last.

http://www.aprhouston.com/products.htm#clutch</a

yes.... I love mine so far.....
the SPEC stage II kevlar clutch has quite a bit more clamping force than the RS4 (which many K04 kits seem to be ok with) and the torque ratings you quoted are supposedly wheel numbers not crank. So far, mine's been great... highly recommended :-)
