Hi guys, I'm looking to get a B5 S4. Can anybody tell me about any common problems with them or anything I should look out for when purchasing one?

For me when I bought my b5 s4 the previous owner had already replaced the timing belt, atleast thats what he said. I had to replace water pump, fuel pump, and timing belt after about a month of ownership at 112,000km. From what I've heard and seen the turbos can fail anytime without warning depending on how the've been treated. My cars now at 176,000km and still runs strong. But if your turbos do go, I'd go with the k04 upgrade instead of the k04 which come stock since theirs not much of a price difference. So basically a quick summary, it all depends on how the previous owners have handled the car. (Maintenance etc)
