Could someone tell me where is the other side of S-contact wire connect to?

Default Could someone tell me where is the other side of S-contact wire connect to?
one end is connect to the cluster pin 30 on blue, and where is there other end connecting to?

Yes.... 00846 error code...(s -contact grounded or open circuit)
