CRAP! New cluster did not fix my LCP problem!! (m)
I called the dealer to get an update and was told that the Tech has replaced my cluster and that the light came back on. Now they are doing a wire chase with the harness! This sucks....
So far they have replaced the ECU and installed a new cluster. At first the Tech thought that the cause was simply a pinched wire. The light stayed off for more than a week before coming back on.
If Audi is listening...this makes the 5th attempt at fixing my BRAND NEW CAR that has less than 2,000 miles on it!
Nick Snyder

you should call them...that's technically a lemon now in most states.

oh, and show your dealer this, it might get their attention...
this is from the Audi Tech Bulletin site. Basically means the DEALER is responsible for the costs after the second time.

Sorry, meant the DEALER pays instead of AoA...Audi doesn't protect dealers from sloppy repairs...
so if they think they're fixing the car at Audi's expense instead of their own...they're mistaken.
It's the same to you but should motivate THEM a bit more.
