Damn, I think my ABS controller shat the bed. Anyone recently have AoA replace this out of warranty?

I STFA and saw a few people had the labor/parts partially if not fully covered by AoA. Have they recognized that this part is a major part of the cars safety, they used shoddy electronics yet again and should be responsible for replacement? I'll have to VAG it sometime this weekend but the symptoms are ABS/Brake light flash and the annoying 3 beeps. I swear this car is hitting that magic 60K mile mark that Audi's start falling apart at :-( Next on the list are plugs, water pump, timing belt and a host of fluids.

AoA paid for the pump, I paid for the labor out of warranty.
