Dealer Rave . . . No, really
I know that dealers hardly get any good press here, but I actually had outstanding service from Checkered Flag Audi in Virginia Beach, VA.
Last Friday my alternator died at 4 p.m. AOA called a tow truck and the car arrived at 4:30 at the dealership. The service manager stayed late and gave us a new Allroad for a loaner. Francis (service manager) would actually call at the end of everyday to advise on the status of the car (that was a first). Car was returned back to me today nice and clean and in full working order with new battery and alternator.
It probably helps that the dealership also sells BMWs and Porsches. Just thought that I would share a good experience since they seem to be few a far between.
