Suprisingly not. Many do exhausts, fmics, etc before a reflash which I think it is a...
bit rediculous as the Evo runs SO rich under boost that simple air/fuel and timing corrections make an enormous difference. I have 3 mods and ran a 12.86 @109 in total street form: 1/2 tank pump gas, no cool down, no ice, etc...just pulled up to the line from the street and ran. I'm very happy with the performance of this machine
