Do any of the aftermarket brake pads help with the grabbiness of the stock brakes?...

Do any of the aftermarket brake pads help with the grabbiness of the stock brakes?...
I have gotten somewhat used to the stock ones but they are still grabby...especially when coming out of another car and driving the S4.

Re: does your rear brakes make a squeaking sound when stoppning in reverse?
Mine do, I just noticed it the other day, dont really hear it with the windows up though. I havent paid attention to see if its EVERY time I reverse, or just the first time.
