Default Do you think getting the borla is like punking out on exhausts?

meaning it's the cheapest, look's; have yet to see one in person

i'm comparing this to the twin 1 awe....

money is kind of tight, but will i be disappointed...

i already missed out on the holiday sale, oh well, but the borla is still on sale...

basically i'd rather spend the $ and get something nice, but is the difference of 30% more for the twin really worth it...

i don't expect much from just a catback anyway, more for looks and sound

Default Get it

Sounds deep and is an easy install. I have it and am not dissappointed. The tips look nice.
Check out posts from SilkenRocket for audio clips. His car is/was stock when those audio clips were made.

Default as a whole...Twin 1 is nicer of course.....but

you only see the tips...and the rolled tips on the Borla are nice imo. Performance wise...it's the same (big 3" single vs. dual 2.25") Sound is subjective. Is the extra $300-400 more worth it? you decide

True, sound is subjective, but I think it sounds great. It is a well made peice, fits very well, tips look good and IMO is the perfect blend between loud and quiet. Dunno if you have a chip or not yet, but it will make more of a difference than just looks and sound if you get one (exhausts in general). Probly makes a little one even stock.

Default Naah, a single 3" is fine.

I still have my Forge/Milltek from 2001.

Default I was willing to pay as much as a Supersprint for an exhaust but figured why not save half of the $$

Sounds great, easy install, and I like the rolled tips.

Default nah man, paying $1k for a fvcking catback is disgusting. go with the borla.

my *** would hurt if i'd bought something more expensive.

theres so few ways to save a buck when modding these cars, you may as well take the few low cost options there are.
