Does anyone know the part number to the electrical fan that is just to the left of the radiator fan?

I have a 2000 S4 and the bearing in the electrical fan right next to the radiator fan is going out. The fan blade has play in it. Sometimes when I turn the car off I can hear what sounds like fan blades hitting. How hard is it to replace the electrical fan and does anyone know the part #?
