Does this sound reasonable?

Had my car in for Assured service several times, $50 deductable only.
Never charged labor. And one job was a new water pump, under which they also did the timing belt, tensioners, etc. The whole nine yards.
Cost? $50.

I think you are getting ripped off. Pretty sure assured covers both parts and labor.
And I believe if you buy the car from a dealer, there is no deductible. If you have your own new Audi certified for Audi Assured, then there is a deductible (but labor is still covered).
That's how I've seen it explained here.

Print this out, take it to your dealer and demand a refund of any labor you have paid for...

A few questions. Is the coverage good, i.e., exclusionary type vs listed items only. Can it be...
repaired anyway or just by Audi. If just Audi, who arbitrates disputes, e.g., whether or not something has broken down and needs to be replaced "now" vs maybe later. Bot my Warrantech 72/100k thru a dealer for <$2400. Covers almost everything including seals & gaskets (very important for the 2.7T engine). One $1400 claim thus far. Paid immediately, no deductible. Get something, i.e., don't be out of warranty. Could cost you dearly.
