VAG Headlight Adjustment:
Enter VAG:
- enter data group 55 "Headlight Adjustment," enter
- enter Basic Settings, enter
- enter 01, Adjustment, wait for confirmation to adjust
*** Adjust headlights to spec at this point ***
- enter 02, Set Position, wait for confirmation on setting.
- exit module
- enter data group 55 "Headlight Adjustment," enter
- enter Basic Settings, enter
- enter 01, Adjustment, wait for confirmation to adjust

With VWTool
Under More Audi Modules,
- Select "Headlight Range"
- Switch to "Basic mode"
- Select block 1, wait until the display shows "Set".
- Manually adjust the headlight aim. (under the hood with a 6mm allen wrench)
- When done switch to block 2, display will show "Learned" and store the baseline setting you just
manually adjusted the headlight aim to.
- Select "Headlight Range"
- Switch to "Basic mode"
- Select block 1, wait until the display shows "Set".
- Manually adjust the headlight aim. (under the hood with a 6mm allen wrench)
- When done switch to block 2, display will show "Learned" and store the baseline setting you just
manually adjusted the headlight aim to.

there is a pdf document somewhere in the archive.. search a bit
i have it my laptop.. i can send you the link or the doc. you are suppose to use hella beam master + vag tool to adjust it.
