Default Drag Day - May 21st - Lebanon Valley Dragway (New England/NY), sign up info...

I asked the organizers if they could block off 10 spots for Audi owners which they have. 2 are already taken and I know of 3-4 more of us that are going. As of now there are still 30 of the bulk spots open so there's plenty of room, but just like every year they will sell out, so if you are thinking of going, sign up early (they only require a $25 deposit now), or just keep checking back to make sure they don't sell out before you get in.

This is a Friday event where the track is rented out by thepike.net (a website based on a local cruise scene), and they have limitied the cars to 120, about half of what one would expect on a Saturday open event. A lot of people go to hang out with others as much as they are there to race, so the results are that you get as many runs in as you could possibly want (I recall last year this one new Cobra, that was literally just coming right back around and matching up with another car each time just to get some races. He had less than 5 min between runs - this was later in the day of course.) You can arrive at 8, tech at 9, and race from 10-4. The cost of the event is listed as $70, which includes the driver and one spectator's admission. Additional spectators are $5/ea.

It's an awesome, relaxed day, so I hope some of you will consider showing up so we can have a nice showing of Audis!

Lebanon Valley Dragway is located in NY, just over the border from MA, within easy access from many points in the Northeast:
