Agreed - though not as bad as the 350Z / G35 - that thing sounds anemic at best.

Default I test drove the car and feel the same.
The exhaust note HAS to go on day 1. Otherwise, the car was a blast, but after driving a slightly modded S4 (Exhaust,suspension, SS) daily, I felt the car needed some mods out of the box. Particularly Exhaust note and a SS kit.

looks yes, they're beautiful cars - the exhaust is not throaty enough.
