During winter is the windows-up "siren" noise louder than it is during other seasons?
I'm not sure whether it's the APR ECU I'm demoing (though I've been in stock prog. all but two times in the last few days) that's making the siren noise more pronounced or if it's the weather.
I guess I'll know for sure when I put my stock ECU back in, but since I don't feel like doing that yet I thought I'd quickly ask here. TIA

Isn't the "Siren Noise" a perfectly normal function of the turbos operating...
when not fully warmed up? I would expect that this noise would be louder/last longer when cold outside.
