E code ballast and bulb... same as NA spec?

I bought my e-codes complete from germany. Now studip me decides to clean under my hood tonight and though I am normally very carful with the spray, I dropped to handle and it sprayed all over the back of my passenger side housing. As you can guess it doesn't want to light. I am gonna let it dry overnight and hopefully it will work again, but if it doesn't...

If I buy a new Ballast (or bulb) will it match the drivers side?

So when you bought yours, they were complete? Not just housing?

yup, when Open the boxes from overseas, I just slapped them in whole and that was it.

ballasts are the same drivers vs. passenger. older/existing bulb could have faded a bit over time.

and since they are swappable from US housing to euro housing, directly and are the same 35 watts, i'm sure there shouldn't be a problem w/ getting a ballast here.
