540 6 speeds are pretty quick.. 289 HP ... but if it has a DINAN or any other chip.. good night

Default Hmmm... the 540i is not the lightest of cars. It should be close down low...
...but the Bimmer will probably pull hard once things get really fast. That said, my lowly '95 993 Tip (275 chp) did pull even and just slightly nose one last weekend.)
