Yes they do, but the price seems to have risen a bit...
$107.00 sans paint, so someone got a decent deal, if it's in good shape. I'd say the price is weak dollar/strong euro related.
Personally, I'd rather have a new one, and save myself trying to strip, prime, and refinish.
I got mine about six months ago, for $81, from Clair, and painted it myself at my friend's local shop. It would be very easy to paint in any low dust environment, if you have access to a compressor and airbrush.
